We're excited you're considering an opportunity with us. Provides support and leadership for telemetry surveillance center and staff to work in an effective and efficient manner to keep patient safety and satisfaction at optimal levels.Responsibilities
- Communicate all scheduling issues with charge nurse in a timely manner (call offs, on-call, extra shift, low census, late personnel, etc) to allow charge nurse to document properly in Kronos and staffing sheet.
- Assign techs to appropriate work areas for each shift.
