Store Key Holder

Job Summary:

The Store Key Holder plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Goodwill store. This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the efficient and cost-effective operation of the store, maximizing profitability and increasing training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
Ensure customer and donor experience is positive
Handle and process incoming donations
Rotate merchandise in a timely manner
Perform statistical counts and register pulls
Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Pass skills and knowledge assessment testing
Pass drug test and criminal background check

Work Environment:

This role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds. The working environment is indoors with occasional exposure to outside temperatures and may involve occupational allergens.

Compensation:

This full-time, hourly management position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
