The Client Delivery Leader oversees the team to ensure top-quality service delivery, responsible for customer satisfaction, client retention, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have business acumen, technical expertise, negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate challenges.

Responsibilities

· Utilizing the operating system fundamentals to ensure teams are performing at their highest levels

· Coaching, consulting and developing team on best practices

· Developing client delivery operations team through offshore resources to support scale and growth of business

· Identifying and defining risk mitigation and contingency strategies

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in healthcare navigation solutions.

Requirements

· Possess a Bachelor's (in a business context, HR, or related field) or equivalent work experience required.

· Possess 10 years' experience of Defined Contribution Benefits Administration project and client relationship management experience.

· Possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Able to lead and coach a team.

· Have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and have the ability to facilitate effective conversations with internal and external clients.

· Able to persuade, influence and negotiate. (Must have a track record of influencing indirect parties to accomplish client objectives)

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

87,000 USD

Maximum :

138,200 USD
