    Description

    Reporting directly to the Head of IT Procurement, the Senior IT Asset Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing global strategies and programs to enhance IT Asset Management (ITAM). This role demands a visionary leader capable of driving alignment across global teams, stakeholders, and IT leadership, while also setting the direction for ITAM priorities and best practices.

    What Youll Do

    • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive IT asset management program, encompassing policies, processes, and procedures to optimize asset lifecycle management from procurement to disposal.
    • Establish and maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, ensuring compliance with licensing, configuration, and utilization standards in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
    • Implement and maintain IT asset management tools and systems, leveraging data analytics to drive optimization, cost reduction, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on ITAM policies and procedures, fostering a culture of accountability and compliance across the organization.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in asset management practices and outcomes.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external auditors, and regulatory agencies on matters related to IT asset management.
    • Hire, train, and lead a global ITAM team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving excellence in asset management practices.

    What Youll Need

    • 8+ years in IT Asset Management or similar leadership role.
    • Proven track record with IT asset management toolsets.
    • Strong understanding of ITAM principles and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and frameworks.
