    Description

    Our partner, a well-known leader in strip processing equipment used in global production lines, is in search of a dedicated full-time Field Service Engineer. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in repairing, installing, and troubleshooting industrial tube and steel processing equipment. The company prides itself on providing exceptional field service, engineering expertise, and technical support to a wide range of clients in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong problem-solving skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
    • Experience in the tube processing and steel industry is a plus.
    • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
    • Associate degree in Applied Sciences preferred.
    • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and up to 10% internationally.
    • Electrical Technical Degree preferred or hands-on experience in electrical work.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform off-site installations, startup, training, maintenance, and repairs on industrial strip processing equipment for automotive and steel tubing markets.
    • Troubleshoot and repair system issues effectively.
    • Communicate with customers professionally.
    • Supervise field operations and provide feedback for product improvements.

    Location: Headquarters in North Royalton, OH. Travel required within the U.S, Canada, and Mexico.

    Shift: M-F 40-50 hours per week with occasional weekend work.

    Compensation: $70-90K base salary + Per Diem and car allowance if living near clients.
