Job Description Job Description We are looking for a person knowledgeable in all traits of construction who is looking to grow.

Particularly with knowledge in exterior construction in the Apartment and HOA industry.

We are ready to grow our construction side as much as you as the individual are willing to take on.

It will require a lot of learning but we have a lot of resources to help.

$33 - $48 HourlyResponsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to the following:Scheduling & Managing CrewsScheduling of SubcontractorsCommunication with all parties( Customer, subs, crews & office)

Job site visits (daily)Excellent Customer ServiceA majority is supervisory work, but must be willing to work, assist, and get the job done(this means working as a field worker as needed)Qualifications:

Must be willing to learn and growMust be able to multi-task roles as a project manager and superintendentMust be able to manage employees including hiring and firing when neededMust be able to work with our estimators and give them timelines of jobsMust be able to order materials and know when to use different materialsMust have a valid CDL with a clean driving recordMust be fluent in English: reading, writing, and speechMust be bilingual (English & Spanish )Proficient at reading and understanding scopes of work, and directionsMust have experience with computers, tablets, and being able to work a cell phoneMust be professional with customers and employeesAbility to manage time and multiple priorities while adapting to changing demands and prioritiesStrong analytical and construction skills in evaluating situationsAbility to receive, understand, and communicate information and ideas clearlyAbout CompanyC&A Painting LLC is a family-owned company in San Jose.
