This is an exciting and unique opportunity to develop and refine a general counsel skill set and provide legal support on a wide variety of matters including commercial, M&A, corporate, real estate, labor, employment, environmental, and litigation.

Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to all three global divisions and all functions in the Americas ,
- Lead and support commercial legal matters (sales and procurement), including drafting reviewing negotiating agreements terms conditions other documents managing advising contractual provisions disputes Lead support legal aspects environmental real estate labor employment litigation Advising commercial arrangements toll contract manufacturing logistics warehousing agency distribution matters Assisting corporate secretarial matters US Mexico subsidiaries coordinating company secretarial support Supporting initiatives projects compliance training code conduct competition law bribery corruption matters Assisting maintaining managing insurance program Providing transactional support growth initiatives disposals internal reorganization restructuring expansion refinancing projects Americas Provide supporting transactions across Group Interpreting requirements providing ad hoc advice business Supporting General Counsel Americas other assigned time including initiatives projects ,
