- Starting salaries range from $50k to $60k for AMs (Depending on Experience)
- All salaried managers qualify for a quarterly bonus, and yes, our teams actually receive them
- Managers are entitled to 15 days of Personal Time after 90 days, and 20 days of PTO on their 5-year work anniversary
- Health Insurance, Sick Pay, and Short-Term Disability coverage upon employment
- We cover 50% of the health insurance premiums for both you and your family
- Eligibility to join our 401k retirement plan with a matching contribution of up to 4% of your annual salary
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume management role
- Must provide at least 3 references from former supervisors
