What you'll be doing:
In this role, this individual serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier clients which may be competitive in nature.
This individual will serve as the liaison of clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions while pursuing profitable growth opportunities.
This individual is responsible for selling and supporting the Company's complete product and services offerings to their client base, focusing their time on clients with high-value and/or strategic growth opportunities.
Primary point of contact for client and any Business Development owned matters specific to assigned clients (Probate Finder OnDemand and agency)Educate clients on DCM Services processes, services, products, and the Account Receivables industries
Establish on-going communication strategies with assigned clients
Drive client retention, renewals, cross-sells, and client satisfaction
Ensure placement and revenue expectations are met and exceeded (via internal or client process changes, daily report reviews and/or, process enhancements/cross-sell opportunities)
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Professionally handle incoming requests from customers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and accurately
Independently manage problem resolution and escalation procedures for assigned clients
Evaluate client revenue and profitability targets daily, monthly, quarterly, and on an annual basis
Proactively capitalize on market share opportunities
Independently coordinate, lead, and present at external client meetings, internal meetings, and other industry events to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Maintain thorough knowledge of important market trends and stay informed of relevant competition in the marketplace
Actively network within given/assigned industries
Independently identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with Executive team to ensure growth attainment
Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Actively discuss fee and negotiate contracts as needed
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the client, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity

Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience of 5+ years in an Account Management role
5+ years of Account Management experience in the collections industry with a proven track record of client retention and growth
A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
Understanding of financial services industries
Ability to have strong understanding of all DCMS products and services
Ability to have strong knowledge of the probate and claim presentation process
Advanced negotiation skills and contract negotiation experience
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills
Experience with project and process management
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
Sales experience and proven sales execution
Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
High level of proficiency in MS Office applications, primarily:
Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to handle customers tactfully and effectively
Self-starter with a team orientated mindset
Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to caring for internal and external customers
