    As an Environmental Project Manager at Verdantas, you will play a crucial role in managing multidisciplinary teams on a number of fast-paced diverse projects supporting environmental assessment, remediation, and restoration efforts.

    You will have the opportunity to oversee and coordinate all phases of projects while maintaining a technical role on the project team.

    Project experience will include scoping, and reporting for environmental site investigation, remediation planning design, and implementation, and regulatory compliance activities.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead a culture of safety within the project team or unit, including following safety protocols for all projectsManage diverse, fast-paced projects involving multidisciplinary teamsDevelop and maintain client relationships for projects under managementLead selling and cross-selling efforts; (Geotech, Environmental Resources, Landfill, Civil, Process Design, and Digital Solutions)Lead in the development of strategy, scope of work, and budget for projectsTrack work progress relative to project schedules and budgets and actively manage project performance metricsSupervise and provide work assignments to the project teamPrepare, provide technical input, and/or review reportsMaintain overall project quality consistent with company and professional standardsInteract with regulatory agencies knowing what information to provide, when, and with appropriate internal or client review.

    Plan and execute own work tasks, as well as oversee tasks of team members, to meet project deadlinesSolve problems creatively and effectively and make informed decisionsCollaborate across multiple disciplines and with clients to articulate and achieve project goalsMentor staff in required technical skillsCommunicate effectively and proactively with management, peers, and clientsComplete tasks efficiently and within the allowed budgetPossess detailed knowledge of regulations in the area of practiceMotivate and encourage others and help the team achieve successQualifications:
