    The Position

    The Purchasing/Planning/Inventory Manager has broad-ranging responsibilities in all aspects of Supply Chain Operations and is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day supply chain business results are achieved. This role combines data gathering, analysis, reporting, planning and transactional activities to ensure excellence in the overall performance of the operation.

    Specific Accountabilities/Essential Functions of Position
    • Collaborate across the Neora organization to ensure business objectives are met.
    • Actively identify potential supply chain issues that are likely to affect the customer.
    • Plan inventory needs globally with use of software tools to analyze demand
    • Purchase Neora branded products from turnkey manufacturers,
    • Manage and track order status from inception to delivery of finished goods
    • Manage Inventory globally by tracking inventory levels that are in stock, in transit, on order; by market, by SKU to ensure availability as needed.
    • Manage contract manufacturing partners including qualification, selection, and performance.
      • Negotiate pricing & terms with manufacturers & suppliers
    • Track inventory value Track and minimize inventory obsolescence
    • Item Configuration: Set up new items in SAP, ensure new UPC codes are assigned and barcodes created for labels.
    • Review and approve label art files for accuracy as a representative of Supply Chain
    • Manage QA process for finished goods physical samples- coordinate with Regulatory Affairs on documentation required for product release prior to shipping
    • Strong analytical skills needed, Excellent Excel skills needed.
    • Prior experience working with an enterprise wide ERP'
    • Experience with Microsoft BI Tools strongly desired
      • Work with BI Team to conceptualize, design and support the implementation of analytics and reports utilizing a variety of data tools
      • Work with BI Team to Leverage advanced software functionality to create user guided dashboards
      • Develop and deliver reporting and analysis utilizing the SSRS, Microsoft BI Stack, and Power BI to deliver valuable business information directly to end users
    Job Qualifications
    • Requires 5 years of a combination of Planning, Purchasing and Inventory management experience.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
    • Willingness to work under pressure and multi-task priorities.
    • Ability to wear multiple hats simultaneously, balancing deliverables with a "what's best for the business" mindset.
    • Able to demonstrate key management skills in differing environments.

    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment working with minimal supervision.
