Job Summary:
Friendly Acura of Middletown is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive A or B Level Technician to join our team. As a full-time technician, you will be responsible for providing quality maintenance and repair services for our customers' vehicles. This is a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our dealership. Compensation & Benefits:

Closed on Sundays

- Salary range of $80,000 to $120,000/year (Based on skill level) Hourly pay plus flat rate

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Use diagnostic tools to identify problems and recommend necessary repairs
- Stay up-to-date on technical knowledge and advancements in the automotive industry
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle and address any concerns or questions
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician
- ASE certifications preferred
- Technical degree or completion of an accredited automotive program
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices
- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
