    Our client, a manufacturer of industrial components.

    They are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team Salary/Hourly Rate:
    $75,000 - $85,000

    Position Overview:
    As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing maintenance responsibilities across the facility and manufacturing floor.

    This Maintenance Supervisor position will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies within the current SOPs and execute corrective actions to streamline the procedures.


    Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor:
    Properly diagnose and repair all machinery within the plant (Pneumatic, Electric and hierodulic)

    Responsible for properly troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing all plant and grounds equipment Monitor daily equipment repair needs, ensure proper application of manpower and priorities, ensure resolution of all mechanical problems in the factory Facilitate, coach, train and guide the manufacturing work group (Managers and Operators) to ensure that they have the ability to properly maintain production equipment Communicates with maintenance staff and other employees to disseminate maintenance standards and ensure compliance with regulatory agency standard Oversee maintenance training program utilizing onsite OEM training, offsite seminars and technical program, document all training accomplishments Develop training videos and create database for links to CMMS asset database Oversee the safety of the facility, upholding OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe and clean work environment Qualifications for the Maintenance Supervisor:
    Bi-Lingual Spanish is highly preferred Knowledge and ability to work with hand, power and shop tools In depth understanding of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic machinery

    Education Requirements:
    Formal technical/mechanical related training and at least 5 to 7+ years mechanical, electrical and instrumentation Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision 401k PTO
