    Marketing ManagerLocation:
    Must be within a 50 mile radius of a Pulse Point location.

    This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid workforce strategy which includes virtual work and 1-2 days in office per week.

    We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive profitable growth and retention of our pharmacy business through exceptional responses to RFPs and creative, stand-out finalist presentations and experiences.

    This position requires a high level of attention to detail by a highly motivated and self-driven team player with the ability to successfully partner with multiple departments to meet established deadlines and execute flawlessly to achieve defined objectives.

    How You Will Make an ImpactPrimary duties for this managing level position, with moderate to advanced complexity and broad/enterprise scale may include, but are not limited to:

    Responsible for collaborating with sales and sales effectiveness teams to define and develop growth related strategies to support business/sales objectives related to industry-leading RFP responses, finalist presentations, and related activities.

    Leads development of customized, must-win and/or exceptional RFP Executive Summaries or Finalists to close pharmacy sales.
    Provides graphic design/creative support and coordination of sales presentations and other elements for the RFP or finalist.
    Helps resolve marketing issues and provide solutions.
    Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.

    Provides measurement reports and recommendations to optimize RFP tracking, closure and win rates, across segments, to align with growth goals.

    Coordinates with sales and sales effectiveness, and pharmacy marketing strategists to support marketing, communication and special project initiatives as needed.

    Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.


    Minimum Requirements:
    Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

    Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
    Healthcare, insurance, or PBM experience.
    PowerPoint, InDesign or other graphics expertise highly preferred.
    Excellent communication and project management skills are key requirements.
    Tight timeframes and quick turnarounds are often involved, and even some night or weekend work.
    Experience working with RFP and finalist presentation development, with experience in the health and/or pharmacy industry.

    Candidates are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, sales presentation skills, problem-solving skills, and facilitation skills.

    For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $80,880 to $147,500.
