Job summary
Manage one or more real estate sales office(s). Recruit, develop and maintain an effective sales team to meet objectives for profitability and growth.- Represent and manage operations and sales for one or more real estate branch offices.
- Recruit select train motivate coach and retain sales associates for the successful performance of the branch office(s).
- Develop recommend and implement programs to achieve profitability cost control organizational effectiveness with regard to new construction market share listing inventory etc
