Job summary
We are seeking a Security Officer to become an integral part of our team.The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.
This is a rover security position where you will drive a security vehicle from location to location checking on different properties.
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors windows gates ensure proper function security Warn violators premise rules regulations Apprehend expel persons engaging suspicious criminal acts Report any facility issues fire hazards leaking water pipes Request emergency personnel high risk situations Ability communicate effectively others orally writing Ability walk climb stairs Ability see hear accurately day nighttime conditions Ability comprehend numerous policies procedures concepts respond discretion interpretive judgment based general specific policies Ability retain knowledge information directions ongoing basis communicate effectively others Ability maintain accurate records React appropriately emergency situations Knowledge geography site assigned Skills operating portable radio devices phones CCTV systems Job Requirements Must minimum 18 years age Possess able obtain valid state security officer license He she customer service oriented friendly people person Successful candidate pay close attention detail Embody company values highly visible representative branch set high standards him her self Must have valid driver's license
