    Job Overview:

    The Senior People Manager holds a pivotal role in assisting with the shaping of the organization's people and culture strategy.

    Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture, this position encompasses leadership across various HR functions. Responsibilities include performance management, training and development, and HR compliance.

    The Senior People Manager acts as a trusted advisor to Supervisors, fostering cross-functional collaboration to promote a positive work culture and drive organizational success.



    Key Responsibilities

    1.


    Employee Relations:


    • Serve as the primary liaison for employee relations matters.
    • Working with the Head of People and Culture on addressing any issues that arise with employees.
    2.


    Performance Management:


    • Design and implement performance management frameworks encompassing goalsetting, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Provide managerial coaching on performancerelated aspects, encompassing goal alignment and recognition initiatives.
    • Conduct indepth analyses of performance data to drive continuous improvement strategies.

    Training and Development:


    • Evaluate training program efficacy, suggesting enhancements for improved outcomes.
    • Collect and analyze survey results.

    HR Compliance:


    • Ensure companywide compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain meticulous HR documentation and records, including employee files and compliance reports.
    • Stay abreast of legislative updates, proactively adjusting policies and practices as necessary.

    Strategic Workforce Planning:


    • Analyze workforce metrics to inform strategic decisionmaking, covering turnover rates, demographics, and skills analyses.
    • Develop retention strategies and succession plans to safeguard key roles' continuity.

    HR Analytics:


    • Harness HR analytics to track vital performance indicators such as turnover rates, engagement scores, and diversity metrics.
    • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to derive insights and identify opportunities for enhancement.
    • Employ datadriven methodologies to steer strategic initiatives and bolster organizational effectiveness.

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Possesses 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
    • Demonstrates a profound understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Exemplifies outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership proficiencies.
    • Exhibits a strategic mindset, adept at aligning HR initiatives with overarching business goals.
    • Proficient in HRIS platforms and other pertinent HR software applications.
    • Preferred certifications include SHRM or HRCI accreditation.
