    Leadership Opportunity in Nursing

    This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.

    We are seeking a qualified and experienced nursing professional to join our leadership team as Director, Inpatient Med Surg, Ortho.

    The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and administrative skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team members. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with other departments within the organization.

    In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to your team members, while also working collaboratively with other leaders across the organization to achieve shared goals.


    Responsibilities:

    • To provide clinical leadership on patient care units
    • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including but not limited
      limited
      to medical staff physicians nurses therapists nutritionists social workers chaplains etc etc based area specific protocols practice guidelines standards federal local regulations
    • Maintain open communication channels ensure all relevant parties are kept informed timely manner when situations arise which may impact standard operations special events outages disruptions policies changes procedures implementation progress results outcomes post event analysis debriefings continuous quality improvement recommendations adjustments interventions
