The Water Restoration Technician plays a key role in fulfilling the service requirements of individual restoration projects. They are responsible for maintaining the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment and assigned service vehicle. By delivering high-quality and efficient work, the production technician sets a high standard in the cleanup and restoration sector.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
The role involves lifting objects up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally with assistance. It also includes prolonged periods of walking, standing, driving, sitting, climbing, and working in various environments. Tasks may involve exposure to chemicals, confined spaces, and noisy work environments. Protective gear such as a respirator may be necessary for safety.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Hours, and Travel:
This is a full-time position with standard hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours weekly. The job may require extended hours, evening and weekend work at times (Rotating on-Call Schedule). Travel is mainly local with potential for out-of-area and overnight travel during storm events.
