- Estimate Bid & Proposal funding needs
- Conduct market and competitive analysis

- Support the Company's vision, strategies, and tactics
- Coordinate activities across departments
- Manage project schedules
- Engage in strategic partnerships and external relationships
- Deliver presentations on products and services
- Participate in business meetings and trade shows as required
- Prepare and submit proposals
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Fed/DoD Business Development and Account Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities
- Sound analytical and financial skills
- Familiarity with government procurement practices
- Ability to acquire and maintain a U.S. security clearance
- Willingness to travel
