- Monitors multi-million-dollar budget report for program expenditures and makes recommendations for budget changes as necessary to approving authorities.
- Implements monitoring process which will measure program effectiveness and goal achievements according to program regulations.
- Coordinates with Policy Council in conducting Self-assessment of Head Start/Early Head Start Program and is responsible for implementing changes based on results of Self-Assessment.
- Responsible for ensuring effective communication channels are open at all levels of program operations including funding source, Board, staff, parents and community.
- BS in Administration, Social Work, or Education required, Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years experience in grant funded program management
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communication and manage well at all levels of the organization
- Ability to strategize and solve complex problems
- Ability to work under pressure, plan workload effectively and delegate appropriately
