Job description
A contract opportunity is available in Weatherford, TX, for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) within a school setting, primarily providing in-person therapy services.
This role predominantly supports an elementary campus, delivering crucial speech and language interventions to young students.Key Responsibilities Include
Conducting evaluations, interpreting results, and preparing detailed reports
Delivering direct speech therapy services in person
Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy plans accordingly
Participating in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to collaborate with educational teams and families
Ideal Candidates Will Have Experience Or Skills In
School-based speech-language services
Pediatric therapy settings
Teletherapy (as needed)
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for SLPs
Appropriate certification such as CCC-SLP or relevant SLPA credentials
