    ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:

    • This position reports to the I&E and Automation Manager.
    • Reporting directly to this position: I&E Technician(s) I, III, IV, V


    POSITION SUMMARY:

    • Provides oversight for all electrical and instrumentation reliability and daily maintenance, CMMS efforts, training and mentoring, budgeting & forecasting, managing employee development, interact with customers and build producer relations. Will also be responsible for reviewing design from a maintenance and operability perspective.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supervise I&E personnel by planning and scheduling work, providing work direction, performance feedback and training. Serve as liaison between plant supervision and I&E craft to ensure compliance with reliability metrics.
    • Train, mentor and develop personnel.
    • Serve as a resource for I&E activities across the asset.
    • Interface and coordinate with engineering personnel providing input/ideas on projects related to equipment design and needs for ongoing expansion projects.
    • Work with operations, engineering Health and Safety and environmental compliance and permitting on design reviews, preconstruction items, PHA's MOC's, and PSSR's.
    • Review and analyze various reliability, planning and scheduling data to monitor preventative and predictive maintenance program compliance.
    • Improving reliability and efficiency while reducing risk; Striving for operational excellence.


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High school degree or GED
    • Bachelor's degree desirable
    • Previous leadership experience


    REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

    • Must be willing to work 40 hours and handle callouts.
    • Proficiency with Maximo
    • Knowledge of oil and gas facilities
    • Proficient in NEC audit and execution
    • 5+ years of Instrumentation/Electrical experience.
    • 2+ years of operating experience
    • Journeyman Electrical License Desirable
    • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
