    Concierge Title Services is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer to join our thriving office

    We are seeking a Real Estate Closer to join our thriving title company.     Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a title company, is a self-starter, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and has a positive outlook. Knowledge of Qualia is a plus.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
    Prepare, conduct, and finalize real estate closings.
    Order searches, surveys, payoffs, inspections, etc.
    Order and clear title commitment requirements.
    File disbursement and warehousing.
    Communicate with clients and real estate agents clearly and effectively.

    REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
    Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and ethical work habits.
    Detail oriented with strong time management skills.
    Excellent communication skills.
    Flexibility and the ability to handle high pressure, deadline driven duties.
    Ability to function in a highly motivated, team-driven environment.
    Competent in written and spoken English.
    Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
    Notary Public required.
