    Azure Intune /AD Administrator

    Job Responsibilities:

    • device management via Microsoft Intune
    • and management of conditional access policies, compliance policies, configuration and enrollment profiles

    • Authentication, Hash-Sync, Windows Hello for Business
    • of InTune Company Portal for application distribution to endpoints

    • Directory Management and Administration: The day-to-day management and administration includes managing user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs), managing permissions and access controls, and ensuring proper security measures are implemented.
    • Directory Integration and Federation: You will work closely with other IT teams to integrate AD with other systems and applications. This may involve implementing single sign-on (SSO) solutions, configuring federation services, and managing domain/forest trust relationships, etc.
    • Directory Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues and incidents related to AD. This includes analyzing system logs, diagnosing problems, and implementing corrective actions to ensure the stability and reliability of the AD environment. Required to be on call for high priority incident response and resolution.
    • Management: You will be responsible for submitting and communicating changes with all stakeholders, to minimize disruptions to the business.

    Experience & Skills:

    • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or another related field.
    • years of directly relevant SCCM and Intune experience in a 500+ Enterprise PC environment.
    • knowledge and experience with on-premises MS AD and Azure AD in multi-domain and multi-forest environments.
    • experience with advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 system administration and maintenance, including deep knowledge of the registry, file system, processes, services, and security.
    • working experience with GPOs and Azure device management policies
    • knowledge Internet browser management, security, and configuration.
    • knowledge of Active Directory components, including domains, forests, trusts, replication, sites, and group policies. Understanding of AD architecture, scalability, and high availability is important.
    • knowledge with problem resolution and experience with Tier 3 troubleshooting, on call and incident response.
    • in implementing security controls, managing user access and permissions, and enforcing security policies.
    • in PowerShell scripting for automating AD administrative tasks, generating reports, and performing bulk operations.
    • with Windows Server 2012R2 – Current
    • troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve AD-related issues efficiently. Ability to analyze system logs, interpret error messages, and apply effective problem-solving techniques.
