    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in the Finance industry. This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

    The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, managing the financial reporting processes, and providing leadership to the accounting team.

    This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and general ledger management. Certification from the International Information System Security Certification Consortium, or (ISC)2, is highly desirable.

    Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.

    Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents.
    Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
    Direct the financial planning and strategy of the organization by analyzing its performance and risks.
    Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems.
    Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
    Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
    Develop and manage financial systems/models and carry out business modeling and risk assessments.
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial accounting role.
    Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting, financial analysis, and general ledger management.
    (Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge of accounting software.
    Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations.
