    Associate Attorney

    We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our team in the Commercial Litigation practice area. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury cases.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle personal injury litigation cases, with an emphasis on commercial litigation experience.
    • Collaborate with partners, mentors, and support staff to manage cases effectively.
    • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and motions.
    • Participate in client meetings and court proceedings.

    Requirements:

    • Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from an ABA Accredited Law School.
    • Admitted to the Colorado Bar and in good standing.
    • 2+ years of solid experience in law firms, with a focus on litigation.
    • Preferably in insurance-related litigation such as coverage disputes, personal injury cases, premises liability lawsuits, and bad faith claims.
    • Ability to handle a fast-paced workload and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong research, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
    • Proficiency in using technology for legal research and case management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Keen attention to detail and strong writing skills.
