Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Baseball Hitting Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have collegiate-level playing experience and a strong background in baseball instruction, particularly in hitting. This position requires availability for two nights a week and involves working with individuals ranging from 8 years old up to high school level. The successful candidate will not only provide hitting instruction but also contribute to fielding techniques and strength and conditioning programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive hitting instruction sessions for individuals and small groups.
2. Provide fielding instruction to enhance overall player skills.
3. Develop and implement age-appropriate strength and conditioning programs.
4. Create a positive and motivating learning environment for players of varying ages.
5. Assess and evaluate players' skills to tailor instruction to individual needs.
6. Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a cohesive and integrated training approach.
7. Maintain open communication with parents and provide feedback on player progress.
8. Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and industry trends.

Qualifications:

1. Collegiate-level playing experience in baseball is required.
2. Previous coaching or instruction experience is preferred but not required.
3. Strong understanding of hitting mechanics, fielding techniques, and strength and conditioning principles.
4. Ability to work with players ranging from 8 years old to high school level.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Flexibility and willingness to adapt coaching methods to individual player needs.
7. Passion for developing young athletes and fostering a love for the game.

Schedule: The Baseball Hitting Instructor is required to be available two nights a week, with additional flexibility based on seasonal demands and scheduling needs.
