Description

This candidate will be responsible for the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process. They will gather and process all loan documentation and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and loan terms.

Work with team on approved loans to make sure they are are moving along quickly, properly, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting
• Manage loan process through mortgage software system
• Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met
• Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives
• Review active loan files daily and expedite processing to move loans to closing
• Ensure all third party reports are in file
• Communicate with all relevant parties regarding loan progress with
• Once all documents have been collected loop in all relevant parties to begin closing process
• Ensure process is moving along quickly to meet all deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous experience with mortgage loan processing
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a goal oriented environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Persistent
