CONTROLLER

We are looking for a Controller with 5+ years of experience in controllership and/or accounting field with experience managing a direct report.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring the integrity of the books or record and financial data
Lead the transition from cash-based accounting to accrual accounting using GAAP standards with a focus on revenue recognition, cost of goods sold, and accounts payable
Prepare timely and accurate analysis of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports for the Co-Founders and Finance Director
Work cross functionally and act as a mina point of contact

Requirements:
Experience in the activewear market is preferred
CPA certification preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting requirements and proficiency with NetSuite preferred
Strong leader and great communicator
