- Responsible for the development, execution, and monitoring of the annual operating plan, periodic financial forecasts, and monthly financial close.
- Monitoring financial performance and developing plans to close gaps to plant targets, including communication with applicable Business Units.
- Supporting site delivery of annual HMM targets.
- Provide support and leadership on cross-functional plant and corporate initiatives.
- Opportunity to implement process improvements within finance and cross-functionally with our business partners
- Engage in plant Zero Loss Culture programs to drive financial and safety performance improvements.
- Ensure Effective Financial Controls, including Capital Controls
- Maintaining the audit-ready status of internal controls through periodic review and self-audit.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization (Partnership for Impact)
- Highly motivated self-starter with attention to detail, able to establish a process, make process improvements, and effectively organize own work (Own a Significant Functional Process)
- Ability to influence, develop, and motivate peers (Matrix Relationship Management)
- Willingness to get outside of traditional financial roles to support plant operations
- Able to identify and extract the right data from financial systems to provide meaningful analysis (Analytic Proficiency)

- Willingness to relocate
- Masters of Business Administration or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- SAP or Oracle experience preferred
- Willingness to commit to 18-24 months in the role
- Working knowledge of Finance systems (AFO, Hyperion, SAP)
- This role is an onsite role, however Work with Heart considerations apply (Hybrid ~ 1-2 days remote possible)
- International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.
