    Job Description

    Job DescriptionWell known Capital Region firm specializing in trust and estates law is hiring In this role, you will provide support for one partner. Typical duties include drafting and preparing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. Other duties include coordinating with clients to gather necessary documentation and providing updates on estate planning matters.

    Ideal candidate will have a previous background in trust and estates as well as experience in Surrogate's Court litigation.
