    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Part-time Caregiver to join our team in the Guadalupe, AZ area. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $14.35/hour.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
    • Support participants with their daily needs, including personal hygiene and behavioral challenges.
    • Help participants achieve their developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
    • Encourage participants to be part of their community and engage in activities they enjoy.

    What You'll Bring to Sevita:

    • Educational background: High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
    • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
    • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
