- Prepare patent prosecution filings and monitor deadlines
- Manage confidential client information related to patents
- Generate reports, including cost estimates and cumulative statuses
- Coordinate opening of new matters and conflicts checks
- Prepare, file, transcribe, and archive legal documents
- Manage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings
- Coordinate travel and logistics
- Process expense reports and reimbursements
- Salary Range: $85-120k annually, based on experience

- College degree preferred
- 3+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary at a small-to-mid-size law firm
- Must have Patent Prosecution experience
- PATTSY or similar system experience, highly preferred
- Familiar with legal terminology and documents
- Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communicator with outstanding customer service skills
