    What is the RN/LPN experience?

    As the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide scheduled and time off coverage for a six-bed boutique skilled nursing facility (SNF). In this role, you'll be expected to:

    • Oversee the care plan for residents, including ensuring that all members of the nursing team follow care directions appropriately, thereby maintaining a high standard of services that are aligned with state laws and regulations.
    • Conduct rounds, identify early signs and symptoms, and note changes in residents' physical and psychological statuses.
    • Consult with supervisors, physicians, Resident Care Managers, or the Director of Nursing Services as necessary.
    • Supervise the nursing department's staffing, monitor, and schedule job assignments while establishing priorities for the nursing unit.
    • Provide emotional support to residents and families in a professional manner.
    • Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
    • Uphold the privacy and confidentiality of information related to both residents and employees.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    What are the job qualifications?

    • RN (Registered Nurse) / LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) current Oregon unencumbered license.
    • Maintain current certification in CPR.
    • Demonstrate leadership ability and desire for professional growth.
    • Demonstrate knowledge and competence in practicing the principles of good nursing care.
    • Able to interact well with staff as well as residents and their families.
    • Able to prioritize multi-demanding role using initiative and judgment.
    • Must consent to and pass a criminal background check.

    • RN Pay range: $ $44.00, depending on experience + NOC Shift Differential
