This role will oversee the site visit process, coordinating amenities, VIP reservations, transportation, and on-site visits. Acting as the liaison between hotel departments, this customer-facing position is crucial.
As a Site Coordinator, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure exceptional service and financial success. Ideal candidates are passionate, outgoing individuals with a background in hotel operations. Knowledge of hotel systems like Delphi, OnQ, R&I, and Canva is preferred.
This role involves coordinating projects, maintaining communication with departments, managing site inspections, and handling clerical tasks such as reservations and vendor negotiations. Creating banquet event orders and designing collateral for site visits are also key responsibilities.
