    Donor Development Strategies (DDS) is a professional service provider specializing in grassroots outreach for public media stations. We are seeking an Assistant Canvass Director to work with our team in Maryland.

    About the Job

    This position involves fieldwork, staff management, and administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for fundraising in the field, managing canvass staff, collecting and reporting data, and maintaining donor and organizational records.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Prior experience in canvassing, organizing, fundraising, or leadership roles.
    • Base-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based storage platforms.
    • Strong communication skills, including public speaking, writing, and telephone etiquette.
    • Attention to detail, office management experience, and basic accounting skills.

    Work Environment
