- Install and repair electrical equipment on Cell Phone Towers
- Travel approximately 90% of the time to various locations including Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and potentially other states
- Collaborate with construction teams and Project Managers to ensure timely project completion
- Conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems and wiring
- Ensure electrical installations meet client standards and project budgets
- Inspect and evaluate Cell Tower Sites for compliance
- Provide mentorship and training to Electrical Apprentice/Construction Crews
- Promote safety protocols on job sites
- Measure, cut, bend, and install electrical conduit
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary
- Valid Class A Journeyman Electrician license
- Prior experience in the construction industry, Telecom experience is a bonus
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and handle varying weather conditions
- Hold a valid Driver's License
