- 7on/14off at our Saint Thomas Midtown and West Hospitals
- Providing offsite Tele-Medicine support 2448 hours per month
- Roughly five miles between the two hospitals

- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.
