    Job Description

    You will be the owner and producer of new business in your sales territory, using your skills and drive to meet and exceed sales goals. This requires strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Attend in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events to stay up-to-date on industry developments and build relationships with potential clients.
    • Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory, leveraging your knowledge of our services and products.
    • Present our services or new products to potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and building long-term relationships.
    • Maintain accurate information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
    • Utilize our CRM to stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs.

    Requirements:

    • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for frequent travel to client sites.
    • At least 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
    • Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
    • Experience using a CRM is preferred, but not required.
    • A bachelor's degree or high school diploma is preferred, but not required.
