Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 care in the patient's home. Implement treatment and plan of care using sound judgment and critical thinking. Maintain accurate , detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes.
Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adhere to the company policy , procedures, and protocols.

Qualifications:
An unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where care is provided Minimum of (1) year nursing experience Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational and multi-tasking skills In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.)
