We are seeking an Assistant Local Manager to work alongside our Local Manager as you lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional and company goals.Responsibilities
- Promote a positive collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.
- Assist LM with preparations for the opening day including hiring completion inventories equipment setup/testing staff scheduling and training learning proper opening/closing procedures.
