    Description

    Warehouse Worker Position*Description:

    **Responsibilities: • Accurately put orders together according to the order form

    • Load trucks in a timely & efficient manner
    • Unload trucks in a timely manner; staging materials on the dock for QA inspection.o Notify QA when materials arrive so they can be inspected
    • Take raw materials to production areas when needed
    • Keep finished goods area organized
    • Ensure FIFO inventory control method is utilized in all areas
    • Keep area clean & organized
    • Keep raw materials area organized and neato Ensure FIFO inventory control method is utilized
    • Fill out appropriate paperwork accuratelyo Ensure lot numbers are recorded accurately for all outgoing product on the appropriate form
    • Ensure safe use of forklifts & pallet jacks to prevent any damage or injuries
    • Report any and all food safety and/or quality concerns to your supervisor, QA, or a member of management

    Physical Demands:

    • Must be able to work at a pace to keep up with orders so trucks can leave on time
    • Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
    Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, twist, push, and/or pull up to 10-50 poundsAdditional Requirements:

    • Weekends and overtime may be required
    • Must be able to work as a team
    • Must be able to drive a forklift
    • Must be able to work in adverse temperature conditionsBack-up Personnel
    • Any other production personnel shall be trained to cover the duties for the warehouse.
    • The Production Supervisor may also serve as a backup for all warehouse duties

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:2nd shift: 3:30pm-12am Mon-Fri (Must be open to working Sat too) 6 days per week.

    OT-yes prob 5-15 hours weekly-Strong Forklift would be good-Pallet Jack-They use these oftenYes, they are our loaders/unloaders. At least 1 year forklift, preferably food industry. Starting pay is $17.00. This role is not just riding on the forklift, lots of walking, wrapping pallets, etc.
