    _*Position Summary:
    *_

    This position will focus on processing orders, preparing export documentation and arranging transportation.

    This position will additionally focus on effective coordination and resolution of logistic challenges through partnerships with other business functions such as planning, regulatory, and trade compliance.


    _*Essential duties and Responsibilities:
    *_


    • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with internal and external resources
    • Respond to general inquiries received via email and by telephone from internal and external sources.
    • Solve problems related to orders and logistics; expedite and/or escalate as needed
    • Accurately prepare all export documentation and electronic export filings, as required
    • Coordinate transportation with origin warehouses, carriers, and destination as required
    • Ensure correct values and invoices are used for export and import
    • Help manage all fiscal period close demand spikes
    • Comply with applicable regulatory laws and standards
    • Interact and cooperate with every level of the organization to ensure the highest level of service to our customers.
    • Maintain and administer company inventory control and property management procedure
    • Negotiate transport or logistics rates with suppliers and customers so as to improve the supply chain
    • Review and analyze program effectiveness, suggest and execute on time improvements and corrective actions.
    • Perform related duties as assigned.

    _*Qualifications and Requirements:
    *_


    • 3+ years working in supply chain and logistics, preferably working in a customer service role.
    • Certification or Degree in supply chain and logistics preferred.
    • Required Knowledge and Skills
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
    • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong attention to detail and must demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
    • Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work with limited direction
    • Effective interpersonal skills when dealing with employees at all levels, strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence others through demonstrated expertise
