    Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican ( ) is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our physician led, patient centered organization in Santa Cruz, CA.

    We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital ( ), aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

    Flexibility and Exceptional Work/Life Balance:
    Part Time and Full Time opportunities

    Full Time option to work 4 or 4.5 days per week

    100% outpatient, no nights, no weekends

    Mentorship:
    from established and newer physicians in the group

    Dedicated MA team for efficient workflow

    Internal pharmacy department handling daily refills


    Compensation*/Benefits Include:
    2 year salary guarantee: $300,000+ Excellent earning potential with productivity bonus

    Student loan reimbursement up to $100,000


    Residency signing stipend:
    $18,000

    Sign on bonus up to $125,000


    Relocation assistance:
    $20,000

    Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance

    This is a reasonable estimate that we in good faith believe we will pay for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less as permitted by law.
