Description*Essential Functions
Establishes and implements unit performance and budgetary goals for Assistant Carry-out Managers and hourly staff. Practices safe food handling and sanitation. Routinely inspects all areas of carry-outs and identifies non-compliant safety. Ensures that supplies are utilized properly and cost-effectively. Communicates effectively with staff members on carry-out unit plans, progress and encourage suggestions for service and quality improvements. Displays positive team-building skills and always handles all assignments with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Ensures carry-outs maintain a positive, outgoing, and friendly environment for both customers and employees. Ensures a safe work environment to reduce and prevent the risk of injuries and accidents.
Leadership responsibilities:
Minimum 3 years experience in a restaurant supervisory role.
Proficient in the following areas:
leadership, communication, staff mentoring and development, and quality of operations. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work within budgetary guidelines. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff with strong problem solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of manpower needs and scheduling guidelines maintaining confidentiality. Must possess and demonstrate solid computer skills.
