    Role Overview:


    As a Window Sales Closer, your primary responsibility is to close warm, company-provided sales appointments with residential homeowners looking for replacement window advisement.

    During these appointments, you will consult the client on the added safety, privacy, energy efficiency, comfort, and equity that new windows will bring to their homes.

    Your conviction combined with your dedication to being the expert will allow you to consistently convert and nurture sales pipeline.

    When you are not in homes closing out appointments, you will be responsible for marketing to new, cold prospects through canvassing and other means.

    We're seeking candidates who will:
    Convert warm, company-generated leads into Replacement Window clients.
    Engage in daily residential outreach to generate qualified sales consultations.
    Educate homeowners on the benefits of replacement window solutions.
    Actively participate in daily sales team training sessions and meetings.
    Deliver unparalleled customer experiences through meticulous follow-up.
    Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.


    Position Prerequisites:


    At least one year of successful, previous In-home Closing ExperienceIf you don't have previous in-home closing experience, you'll be referred to our Appointment Setter position.

    Availability for flexible full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual proficiency is advantageousCompletion of pertinent Sales and Technician Training programs.
    Steady performance in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
    Must possess a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation is essential.
    Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process, considering your qualifications, background, and alignment with the role's expectations.
