    Job Description

    • Take meeting minutes during project discussions.
    • Handle submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).
    • Keep project documentation up to date.
    • Assist with change orders and project updates.
    • Obtain necessary approvals.
    • Assist with change order management.
    • Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) and Superintendent.
    • Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for potential projects.
    • Estimate labor costs.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree - engineering, construction management - related fields
    • 1-3 years of experience supporting a General Contractor
    • 1-3 years as a Project Engineer, or just became APM
    • Need someone to be comfortable at this level for a couple years (not wanting to become PM in a year)
    • Greencard or US Citizen OSHA 10/30 = plus null
