Assists Business Integration team with client relationships to increase adoption of Nextek proprietary and integrated technology. Identifies business opportunities as upsell services and products of current and new businesses. Drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Supports Business Integration team in curating communication materials for customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements and provides suggestions based on client feedback. Supports the business integration team by working with other accounts. Supports cross-functional activities and working sessions during projects design and implementation phases. Designs and prepares documentation, training materials and communications supporting new processes. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field/position – Required
Prior project management experience – Preferred
2+ years of experience in the financial services industry – Required
Proficient knowledge of operations and impact to customer experience in a financial technology industry
Knowledge of testing processes and methodologies
Knowledge of project management, timelines, deadlines, and follow-through on finished projects
Skills in using data to drive decision-making

Support internal and external customer relationships
Partner with team members to ensure and maintain positive relationship management
Provide direct correspondence and support for customer inquiries, including calls, emails and face-to-face
Assist team members with elevated inquires
Create presentations, educate, and train internal employees
Assist in office data migrations and data to data transfers
Provide office and Client technology demo's
Assist Third Party Technology vendor management
Develop external resources to support customer success and adoption
Pull recurring user metrics to review with key stakeholders to drive adoption
Attend industry trainings to stay up to speed on industry news and knowledge
Attend weekly meetings with the Product Owners on bug and enhancement updates
Maintain knowledge on all new product development
Complete onboarding process as if you were a new Nextek client and new software user
Attend onsite training events and build ongoing relationships with clients and users, when appropriate
Have an advanced knowledge of the Nextek Support website and other educational tools
Attend all sprint kick offs to learn new technology being released
Take initiative to ensure communication with customers is thorough and conducive to a good experience by investing in your knowledge of the system.
