Job Summary
The Director manages the day-to-day operations of custodial, grounds, and building maintenance for a diverse portfolio of leased and college assets on 4 campuses in Boone Butler Hamilton Counties.+
Responsibilities
* Lead and direct the facilities services team* Recommend staffing levels* Optimize deployment of available staffing resources* Provide on-going training development evaluation of staff performance to ensure department divisional goals objectives are consistently met+
Qualifications
* Bachelor s or associate s degree in construction management engineering facilities services management project management or a closely related field* At least two years related experience managing directing a building maintenance program plant operationsJob description
